Learning & Professional Paths

I am a Brazilian theatre artist and educator working as a learning architect at the intersection of performance and human development in dialogue with social change. I hold a PhD in Performing Arts, with research grounded in experiential and embodied approaches to creative processes in education. My work explores performance and art as developmental practices that broaden how individuals and communities develop. I have collaborated with schools and organizations across cultural and leadership contexts in Brazil and internationally. Rooted in gesture and nourished by encounter, I design environments where artistic practice becomes a method of inquiry, learning, and collective transformation.

I feel that my practice becomes a catalyst for sensorial and transformative experiences. It weaves between body and language, attentive listening and performance, curriculum and artistic expression, presence and learning. My journey across the arts, education, and consciousness studies unfolds as both a constellation of interconnected fields and an intricate tapestry of (in)visible threads, always in service of collective transformation.

Rooted in gesture and nourished by encounter, my work comes alive in formats that awaken imagination, embodied connection, and social vitality. I design learning architectures that translate complex artistic ideas into meaningful and accessible learning experiences — drawing on embodied methodologies, creative learning, practice-based research, and systemic frameworks such as the SDGs and IDGs.

Whether facilitating learning for young people, mentoring educators, leaders, and artists, or advising institutions on how to integrate inner development into their practices, I move with a commitment to coherence, belonging, and impact. My approach is both poetic and pragmatic, interweaving artistic depth with pedagogical precision and social relevance.

My Work in Shared Worlds

2026

In 2026, my work takes shape as an independent practice. I became an IDG Ambassador as part of the Khamsin Cohort, and through the Leadership Portal I design learning architectures, keynotes and learning journeys for organizations, schools and leaders. Using creative, art-based and gamified techniques, I bring inner development into the way people learn and lead. In partnership with NBB, I deliver keynotes for organizations and co-develop a course on creative leadership. I also deepen my research on leadership and evolutionary entrepreneurship at CIADM.

2025

In 2025, I continued to contribute to international artistic and educational collaborations through leading roles in pedagogic architecture design, impact research, R&D and play-based creative methodologies. This phase consolidates my presence in global networks while deepening my professional authority in transformative learning practices.

2024

In 2024, I expanded my international presence through artistic research, conference presentations, curriculum development and teacher training programs across Brazil, Scotland, and Finland. This year marked the deepening of the Immersive Learning Adventures approach, originally developed during my time at Platô, and its growing recognition within global education and arts networks.

2023

In 2023, I consolidated my contributions to arts-based curriculum development, pedagogical alignment, and social impact assessment in both Brazil and international contexts. That year, the School of the (Im)Possible, a program I co-created and helped shape from its early foundations, was recognized with the Ashoka Green Changemakers Award. These experiences deepened my commitment to art as a means for human inner development and laid the groundwork for the pedagogical architectures I continue to develop today.

2022

In 2022, I contributed to the international expansion of immersive learning programs through collaborative implementations in Brazil and Scotland. This year marked the refinement of the artistic-pedagogical approach I helped shape, and its integration into formal education systems across diverse cultural contexts.

2021

In 2021, I co-created the first edition of School of the (Im)Possible, launching the immersive learning methodology that would become a foundation of my ongoing work. The project received international support through the ITAC Climate, initiating my engagement with global networks within Platô. That same year, I co-authored a chapter in Global Perspectives on Drama and Citizenship Education, a volume awarded the CiCea Best Book Prize for its international contributions to inclusion, student voice, and democratic education.

2020

In 2020, I reconnected research, art, and education by integrating teaching, creating, facilitating, and researching into a continuous process of collaborative experimentation and reflective practice. This transitional year marked the beginning of a new phase in my work, laying the groundwork for international partnerships and purpose-driven artistic-pedagogical projects.

2019

In 2019, I completed my Ph.D. in Performing Arts, synthesizing years of research on somatic approaches, creative methodologies, artistic practice, and inquiry. The program included a doctoral residency at Coventry University (UK), which enriched the international dimension of my work. This academic milestone consolidated the foundations of my embodied methodology and deepened the integration between artistic research and pedagogical innovation.
